“Judging by the way the manager responds, I assume he is trying to cover up just how unsanitary the rooms are; the kitchen is infested with cockroaches, and they crawl all over the room. I suspect the housekeeping staff reuses the same sheets for multiple guests; upon checking in, my bed was covered in hair and stains.
